Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for KodeFlow Studios orders, educational products, and other paid services. Payments are processed through PayPal. Refund requests are handled by KodeFlow Studios and processed through PayPal.
Custom Development Orders
- 14-day refund window: You may request a refund within 14 days of a payment if work on that phase has not yet been delivered.
- Deposit refunds: The 30% deposit is fully refundable if KodeFlow Studios cancels an accepted order before completion, or if the client requests cancellation before work has begun.
- Partial refunds: If work has partially begun, a refund may be issued minus the value of work already completed, at our reasonable assessment.
- Post-delivery: Once deliverables have been released and accepted by the client, refunds are not available.
Late Delivery Compensation
If KodeFlow Studios exceeds an agreed delivery timeframe for a custom development order, the client receives a 10% discount on the total order value. This may be applied as a credit or refunded if appropriate.
Courses and Educational Products
- Course purchases made through third-party marketplaces are governed by the refund rules of that marketplace.
- If KodeFlow Studios sells a course or downloadable educational product directly, any refund eligibility will be stated on the course sales page at the time of purchase.
- Certificate assessments, review sessions, and similar evaluation services are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
