Courses and Educational Content

• Course refunds and policies are governed by the respective third-party platform's terms

Certificates and Assessment

• Certificates are issued following a mandatory 1-on-1 Zoom meeting assessment
• Certificate issuance is at the sole discretion of KodeFlow Studios based on demonstrated competency
• Assessment meetings must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe
• If a user is deemed not ready during assessment, they must wait a minimum of 30 days before scheduling another assessment meeting
• Certificates are digital and provided "as-is"
• We do not guarantee acceptance of certificates by third parties
• No refunds are provided for assessment meetings or certificate evaluations

Development Services and Orders

• We offer custom game development and interactive systems work on a project basis
• Music production and music inclusion are not part of our service scope
• Sound effects and ambiance (excluding music) are included in our services
• All orders require an application process where you describe your requirements
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order request at our sole discretion
• Order acceptance does not guarantee completion within any specific timeframe unless explicitly agreed upon

4. Payment and Billing

Payment Processing

• All base prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
• You authorize PayPal to process payments on our behalf using your selected payment method

Development Order Payment Structure

• Development orders require a 30% upfront payment upon order acceptance
• The remaining 70% is due upon project completion before delivery
• Payment of the final 70% grants access to download links on your orders page
• All payments must be completed before project files are released

Refund Policy

• Development Orders Only: Refunds apply exclusively to custom development services
• Course Refunds: All course-related refunds are handled by the respective third-party platform (e.g., Udemy)
• Certificate Assessments: No refunds are provided for assessment meetings or certificate evaluations

Billing Disputes

• Contact us within 60 days of any billing dispute
• We will work in good faith to resolve payment issues

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

• All course materials, images, text, and media are owned by KodeFlow Studios or licensed to us
• Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal use

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform

Development Orders and Ownership

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment completion, clients own all rights, title, and interest in their commissioned development work
• Full License: Clients receive an unrestricted, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize their completed orders
• No Retained Rights: KodeFlow Studios retains no ownership rights in client-commissioned work after final payment
• Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio with client attribution, unless client requests otherwise
• Third-Party Components: Any third-party assets or libraries used will be properly licensed for client use

Image Storage

• Images uploaded to your account are stored on our local servers
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect stored data
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control
